New funding announcement

The Commonwealth Government has announced additional funding to support people with a mental illness to transition to the NDIS.

The Government is investing $121.29 million for Primary Health Networks, to provide an additional 12 months support for clients transitioning from the following Commonwealth community mental health programs:

  • Personal Helpers and Mentors
  • Partners in Recovery
  • Support for Day to Day Living in the Community.

This is in addition to Continuity of Support funding and funding for the National Pyschosocial Support Measure.
