Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm
Participants from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds (CALD) may require assistance to access translation and interpreting services in order to implement the supports available in their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan.
Where participants (or their parents / carers) have English as a second language, assistance from the National Translation and Interpreter Services (TIS National) is available to assist with translation.
Access the ‘Translation and Interpreter Service Fact Sheet and FAQs’ and the ‘Easy English: Starting your plan for people who don’t speak English’ NDIS downloadable resources here.
