The National Disability Insurance Agency will be conducting Payment Integrity Awareness Sessions for all NDIS registered Service Providers. Below is the forum description and registration details for this forum.

This session is specifically targeted towards registered providers and their board members, management and team leader staff who are engaged in managing or supervising delivery of services to participants and back of house staff who are engaged in finance, audit, compliance, quality, or complaints management roles. Support Coordinators and Plan Managers are also encouraged to attend.
The session will include practical case studies to enable attendees to work though issues and demonstrate their understanding/learning outcomes.
There will be an opportunity to discuss areas of interest to local registered providers. If there are specific topics you are interested in, please email the engagement team directly at [email protected] at least 2 working days prior to the session you are attending.
If you register and then find you can’t attend please cancel on the Eventbrite site or let us know so we can allow others to register as there are limited numbers and there is a waitlist if the seats are all filled. These are non-catered for events.
