 ADAPT Program – Are you looking to better manage your thoughts and feelings?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has shown great promise in treating both substance abuse and mental health issues. ADAPT is an eleven session closed group therapy program for people who currently have or have recently had a mental health diagnosis as well as problems with drug and/or alcohol concern. It is free of charge and confidential.
