How to Contact PIR

Can I contact PIR by phone?

Yes, however the Partners in Recovery intake line will be closed from 3pm Friday 22nd December, reopening 9am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. You may leave a message or make an online referral via the below form, both of which will be reviewed from 2nd January 2018.

How can I get involved with PIR?

Firstly by checking the PIR eligibility to access here and then by completing the referral form that will pop up if you are eligible. Our team will then be in touch with you once we return to the office from 2nd January 2018.

If you’re calling about someone else, you’ll need their consent before you contact PIR.

Can I contact PIR if I need help now?

Partners in Recovery does not offer a crisis response. Need assistance now? Call Triple Zero (000) or go to a hospital if you are in immediate danger. You can also contact the Gold Coast Health Acute Care Team who are available 24/7 on 1300 64 2255.
